SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Rates We ship all precious metals orders via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx with full tracking and insurance. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

• Domestic (US): 3-5 business days
• International: 7-14 business days (customs processing may cause delays)

Insurance & Security All shipments are fully insured for the value of your Goldbacks and precious metals. We use discreet, tamper-evident packaging with no external markings indicating contents for your security.

Signature Confirmation Orders over $500 require an adult signature upon delivery for your protection.

Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at arturodmora@icloud.com or (619) 879-6874. We will file an insurance claim on your behalf.
